1. Information We Collect

Aspivolve Digital ("Service Provider", "we", "us") collects information necessary to execute digital engineering, web development, AI voice/chat automation, CRM integration, WhatsApp commerce, brand design, and advertising management services. This includes:

• Client Identification & Business Inputs: Business name, representative name, email address (teamaspire2026@gmail.com), phone number, physical address, brand assets, product catalog data, and onboarding checklist inputs.
• Access Credentials & Platform Integrations: Administrative access credentials to Client-controlled domains, advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads), Google Business Profiles, CRM platforms, hosting servers, and WhatsApp Business API endpoints required for service delivery.
• Customer Data & AI Interaction Data: Leads, enquiry forms, chat messages, transcriptions, and customer interaction data captured through custom AI voice/chat agents and WhatsApp workflows deployed on behalf of the Client.

2. Use of Information & Confidentiality

Both Aspivolve Digital and the Client agree to keep strictly confidential all business, customer, technical, financial, and access information received during the engagement. We use collected information exclusively to build, configure, test, and maintain agreed project deliverables and AI workflows.

Client business data, customer data, and Client-provided materials remain the exclusive property of the Client. On completion or termination of the engagement, operational copies and backups are handled in accordance with applicable retention laws and agreed SOW schedules.

3. Third-Party Platforms, AI & API Data Processing

Where third-party platforms, AI language models, voice synthesis engines, WhatsApp Business Solution Providers, or hosting infrastructure are utilized (e.g., Meta, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vapi, Twilio, WhatsApp), data transmission remains subject to the respective provider's privacy policies and service terms.

• Credential Security: Following project handover or termination, the Client is responsible for rotating access credentials, API keys, and revoking unnecessary access permissions on Client-owned accounts.
• Platform Policy Compliance: Aspivolve Digital configures workflows within third-party guidelines but does not control third-party privacy updates, API policy changes, or platform restrictions.

4. Portfolio & Confidentiality Permission

Unless a written non-disclosure restriction or custom confidentiality clause is specified in the approved Statement of Work (SOW) or MOU Schedule A, Aspivolve Digital reserves the right to identify the Client and display non-confidential completed work, screenshots, or public case studies in its digital portfolio post-launch.
